Hi there!
I'm Grandpa and I design houses for FFXIV.
Through the years I've designed mainly for myself but I want to expand my creativity by opening up to do commissions for others. So I hope I can make your dream FFXIV home come true!Currently I'm only accepting builds on Chaos or Light Data Centre
Terms and Service
I reserve the right to decline commission requests for any reason when contacted.
You will be provided a list of furnishing along with dyes to go with the items.
You are responsible for providing of furnishings and dyeing them accordingly.
Commission time will vary for each design but I will try and keep it within 5-14 days. Any delays will be communicated.
Reference pictures are not mandatory. However, they will greatly help me understand what your vision is and what you're looking for.
I will never straight up copy another designer's work. Example: "i want it to look like this design by this designer"
Give me some privacy while building is in progress. You're of course welcome to check in from time to time. But letting me do my thing would be appriciated.
By purchasing a design or a commission you agree that photos of the final result will be posted on social media and my portfolio.
All payments will be in Gil to my character on Light data center.
To start working on your housing commission, I ask for the full payment upfront.

To provide the best quality I will only ever accept one commission at a time. However I will accept a waiting list. As soon as I am done with the current commission I will contact the first person on the waiting list.

Ever wanted a club but can't get a house? Don't worry I got you!
This is a small club made for apartments. Complete with a dance floor, stage for a dj and a bar this will sure be the place to host your parties and after parties!This is designed for Apartment size.

Grandpa's Place
A showcase of my own personal house with a bathroom, shower, cosy hot tub, showcase room, dining room and kitchen as well as a bedroom.This is designed for Medium sizedplot.
Dark Modern
A dark and modern one-floor build complete with entrance hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom and a shower area.This is designed for Medium sized plot.
